A nice stay with very nice views

The rooftop bar was a good surprise, offering fine views of the Andes. The room was spacious and modern. Plus, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, accommodating all my requests.

While my overall experience was positive, the breakfast options felt a bit limited as it was only buffet-style. A la carte choices would have been a nice touch to enhance the dining experience.

Location: the hotel was right by Santiago, the shopping mall and the store. Providencia district was definitely worth visiting. The breakfast was marvellous and offered plenty of options.

The rooftop Luna Bar offered amazing views of the Andes while we enjoyed cozy blankets. The laundry service was efficient and helpful during our stay.

The location provides immediate access to a popular shopping center. The panoramic views from the room were fine, revealing the city and mountains, and the cleaning staff consistently maintained high standards. I faced issues with taxi services that were not properly coordinated by the front desk, resulting in unnecessary delays that marred our arrival experience. Despite this, the friendly staff were really good too alleviate my frustrations and ensured a comfortable stay overall.

The hotel is so conveniently located near the subway, and we enjoyed exploring Nescafé Theater of The Arts and the Sculpture Park.
